It is known by many past and present ACC clients, as well as past and present NZ Government Politicians, that AON NZ Ltd was contracted to the ACC to EXIT Long Term ACC Clients Off their Injury Related Entitlements between 1999 and 2002/2003 - Long Term ACC Clients were referred to by the ACC and MP's as being "Tail Enders" and/or "Low Hanging Fruit"!

AON and three other companies (one being CATALYST Injury Management - Then owned by the ACC) were each allocated 2000 "Tail Enders" to "Better Manage" their (the Injured clients) injury.

For both, AON and Catalyst, it was a easy money earner. And lots and lots of money!

The other two Case Management Service Providers baled out early on!

They didn't want to have anything to do with how both AON and CATALYST were exiting Long Term ACC Clients - most straight onto an Work and Income Benefit ie Sickness Benefit - Disability Benefit etc.

By 2003 approximately 14000 Long Term ACC Claimants had been disentitled from their ERC with most of them heading straight to WINZ for financial support with medical certificates in hand - most of those medical certs, issued by the person's GP and/or Medical Specialist, certifying the person as being Unfit for any work due to INJURY and/or INJURIES!

That's 14,000 injured people in New Zealand being supported by the New Zealand Income Tax Payer

ACC saves money while WINZ has to pay out more!

NZ Income Tax is a tax - ACC Levies are a Levy! - They are both two totally separate items.

Its appears that all New Zealand are being ripped off by the ACC and the NZ Government!

Our Income Taxes should NOT be used to look after Injured New Zealanders, we all pay COMPULSORY ACC LEVIES for that!

A number of us ex Long Term ACC Clients know exactly how both AON and CATALYST successfully achieved to exit upto (maybe more) 14000 Long Term Claimants OFF their ERC entitlements - here's a spoiler .... they controlled the "Work Capacity Assessment Process" - they controlled what was written in the reports specialist service providers issued ... all with the full knowledge, and blessings, of the ACC!

ACC and AON NZ Ltd SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED, AND PROSECUTED, FOR CRIMES (including fraud etc) AGAINST ALL NEW ZEALANDERS!

If any Political Party, excluding the NZ National Party, want to get the Media's attention resulting in loads and loads of free advertising for your Party, they should do some looking into how ACC sharfted thousands of Long Term Claimants off their rightful ERC between 1999 and 2003ish!

I say Rightful ERC (Earnings Related Compensation) due to ongoing injury issues because ACC turned a blind eye to how AON and CATALYST were illegally exiting injured people off their ERC and onto a WINZ Benefit with the GP in most cases certifying the person as being "Unfit for Work" "Due to Injury" on their initial WINZ Medical Certificate!

If the person is certified as being Unfit to Work Due to Injury then WHY is WINZ, financed by the Tax Payer, having to take on Injured people?

If they're certified as being unfit to work due to ongoing injury concerns then why the #### are the ACC not looking after them?

The ACC have over Three (3) Billion Dollars in their savings account - If they were doing their jobs properly they would not have that huge amount in their account!

The ACC save money by illegally exiting long term claimants and expect the NZ Income Tax Payer to pay for them by way of WINZ
