Hello all. Hope you had a great Christmas & a splendid new year. It has been made official by a well respected orthopaedic surgeon, my lawyer, & also judge Ongley in my recent appeal that i am now a victim of rogue assessments by ACC trained assessors. ACC have also admitted that i was impaired all along & they did nothing about reinstating my payments. What is really more disappointing is i have been through all my files one at a time & from reading ACC'S notice of appeal to the district court. They offered no evidence to the judge about the reviewer deviating from the law. It is really disappointing that ACC can't even manage my claim in a proper manner. The email i have on me from my lawyer says i am impaired then not impaired then impaired. Confused. Well i am. ACC say i am impaired then they say i am not impaired then they admit that i am impaired. Gets even more complicated. Well i am not surprised as well. ACC can't have it both ways. It is either one or the other. Make up your minds ACC.
