Question: When a client has an agent (eg lawyer or advocate) what is ACC's normal contact protocol?
Answer: The claimant can require all contact be confined to the advocate, the claimant or both. The claimant should instruct the Corporation as to how they want to be contacted and the Corporation will generally adhere to those instructions.
