"Wanksy" artwork motivates council to fill in potholes.
Fed up with your local council not fixing potholes in the road? Draw a penis around it and see what happens.
This method seems to be working for anonymous artist "Wanksy" who has been spray-painting phallic shapes around his town's problematic potholes.
The road vigilante said that the situation in Ramsbottom, Greater Manchester has "got really bad recently". The campaigner has told media he has cyclist friends who have been injured by the potholes.

One pothole had been there for eight months but once he had drawn around it the hole was patched in 48 hours, he wrote on his Facebook page.
He has been called a "hero" for his antics by his Facebook supporters.
One supporter writes "Outstanding effort" and recommends him for Prime Minister.
Calls for the crusader to visit other towns are also rife on his page.
However, a local council spokesperson told the Manchester Evening News his actions are stupid and insulting to the community. The council view the actions as vandalism.
